History of the Promised Land:

Promised Land Zoo is owned and operated by Jeff and Diane Sanders.  We have been raising rare and endangered species since the early 90’s and decided to open the park to the public in 1999.  We cater to thousands of visitors annually and every year things change around the park.  Currently, we have a 4 mile drive-through, a walk-through area with camels and kangaroos and other animals that will eat out of hands, and a petting zoo that also features caged exhibits.  Inventory is always changing so, there is plenty of opportunities to see and experience many different types of animals.
