Pay a little extra and get a VIP animal encounter, it's worth it! We got to hold a baby kangaroo, baby python and a striped possum. The tram ride was lots of fun getting to feed emus and ostriches, bison, camels, llamas and alpacas. The Tram driver was great. We really enjoyed the entire experience!
– Mike E. | TripAdvisorWe had the most wonderful experience at Promised Land Zoo. This zoo allows more interaction with the animals. The VIP is worth the extra money. We had the sloth encounter and absolutely loved it. We enjoyed this zoo much more than the large Memphis Zoo. We will definitely be visiting again soon!
– Angela B. | TripAdvisorWe had a guided tour ride through the center of the zoo. During the ride, we fed various animals through the window, allowing an up-close view! Near the end of the drive, be sure to stop and get out to see more animals indoors and out. We will definitely go again. The staff are helpful and very friendly!
– Lisa L. | TripAdvisorWe took my teenage son to Promised Land Zoo for his birthday and everyone had a fabulous time. The kids enjoyed several hands-on animal experiences. The zoo is very well maintained. We easily spent 2-3 hours there. It is well worth your time and money. We cannot wait to go back!
